the challenge

Clothing is the second most polluting industry in the world. While 73% of women are willing to purchase sustainable clothing, some are worried about greenwashing and others don’t know where to find one.

discovery & Ideation

I conducted semi-structured interviews to explore why women struggle to find sustainable clothing and the challenges they face to avoid greenwashing. Design thinking tools such as - personas, user journey, how might we - were used to analyse and solve sustainable clothing awareness problem.
