Mimosa serves as a one-stop marketplace for sustainable clothing catered to women. I was responsible for designing an adaptive web app, from concept and research to design and testing.
Clothing is the second most polluting industry in the world. While 73% of women are willing to purchase sustainable clothing, some are worried about greenwashing and others don’t know where to find one.
I conducted semi-structured interviews to explore why women struggle to find sustainable clothing and the challenges they face to avoid greenwashing. Design thinking tools such as - personas, user journey, how might we - were used to analyse and solve sustainable clothing awareness problem.
Providing a centralised platform for women that offer sustainable clothing and genuine information on practices and materials, to mitigate the environmental impact associated with the clothing industry.
A sustainable fashion web app (adaptive) was designed in Figma from scratch by following design principles.
The platform achieved an average session duration of 4 minutes, indicating strong user engagement with the content.
The platform achieved a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 8, indicating strong advocacy and satisfaction among users.
A Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score of 4.5 out of 5 underscores the platform's commitment to delivering a good user experience.
